What is the NGO Partner Due Diligence process on Parivartan360?
The Due Diligence process helps HDFC Bank CSR assess and validate NGO partners before engaging them for CSR projects. It consists of Level 1 (Public Form) and Level 2 (Private Form).
Who should fill the Level 1 Due Diligence Form?
All existing NGO partners and new NGOs seeking association with HDFC Bank CSR must complete the Level 1 form.
What happens after submitting the Level 1 Due Diligence Form?
HDFC Bank CSR reviews your submission. NGOs that meet internal eligibility criteria will receive the Level 2 Due Diligence Form on the email ID provided in Level 1.
Is Level 1 Due Diligence Form publicly accessible?
Yes. Level 1 is open for all NGOs to access and submit.
Who receives the Level 2 Due Diligence Form?
Only NGOs that clear internal checks based on Level 1 information and documents will receive the private Level 2 form via email.
What information is required in Level 1 Due Diligence?
Level 1 collects NGO basic details, statutory registrations, compliance documents, key personnel information, and contact details required for preliminary evaluation.
Whom should I contact if I do not receive the Level 2 Due Diligence email or need help?
You may contact support@parivartan360.in with your NGO name and registered email ID.
Our existing Due Diligence is expiring this quarter or next quarter. Do we need to upload Due Diligence information in both Parivartan360 and the P3/MGrant platform?
Yes. Until the transition is complete, NGOs must continue updating Due Diligence information in both platforms if their DD is expiring soon. Parivartan360 will be the new platform, but P3/MGrant will remain active for operational continuity.
Until when will the P3/MGrant platform remain active?
The P3/MGrant platform will remain active until March 2026. NGOs will be required to maintain records on P3/MGrant during the transition period.
If my NGO has already completed Due Diligence on the old platform, do we still need to complete the Level 1 form on Parivartan360?
Yes. All NGOs—existing and new—must complete Level 1 Due Diligence on Parivartan360 to be considered under the new system.
Will my login credentials from the old platform work on Parivartan360?
No. Parivartan360 uses a new registration and form submission workflow. NGOs must submit Level 1 Due Diligence to begin the onboarding process.
How much time do we get to fill the Level 2 Due Diligence Form?
You will have 12 days to complete and submit the Level 2 form.
The link will expire automatically after 12 days from the date of receipt.
Is there any preparation required before applying for the Level 1 Form?
Yes. A list of required documents is provided on the Home Page.
NGOs are advised to keep all documents ready before starting the Level 1 form to ensure smooth and complete submission.
How much time does it take to complete the Level 1 form?
The Level 1 form generally takes about 5 to 15 minutes to complete, depending on the information you need to provide.
How long does the entire due diligence process take?
If your application proceeds through both Level 1 and Level 2, the full due diligence review usually takes up to two weeks.
